Firstly we're going to look only at cardinal numbers.
Counting from 1 to 10:
1. нэг (neg)
2. хоёр (khoior)
3. гурав (gurav)
4. дөрөв (döröv)
5. тав (tav)
6. зургаа (zurgaa)
7. долоо (doloo)
8. найм (naym)
9. ес (yes)
10. арав (arav)
*0. тэг (teg)
If you want to count from 11 to 19 you have to apply this simple rule:
арван + any number from 1 to 9 in an unchanged form, for example:
11. арван нэг (arvan neg)
12. арван хоёр (arvan khoior)
13. арван гурав (arvan gurav)
and so on... :)
Let's continue with higher numbers. There are no rules for 20, 30, 40 and so on, you simply have to learn them (but they're quite similar to 2, 3, 4 and so on).
20. хорь (khor')
30. гуч (guch)
40. дөч (döch)
50. тавь (taw')
60. жар (zhar)
70. дал (dal)
80. ная (naya)
90. ер (yer)
100. зуу (zuu)
Now, if you want to combine the numbers you have to use the altered form of 20, 30, 40 and the rest and then add the basic number from 1 to 9
20. хорь ---> 20+_ хорин __ (khorin)
30. гуч ---> 30+_ гучин __ (guchin)
40. дөч ---> 40+_ дөчин __ (döchin)
50. тавь ---> 50+_ тавин __ (tawin)
60. жар ---> 60+_ жаран __ (zharan)
70. дал ---> 70+_ далан __ (dalan)
80. ная ---> 80+_ наян __ (nayan)
90. ер ---> 90+_ eрэн __ (yeren)
100. зуу ---> 100+_ зуун __ (zuun)
for example: 25. хорин тав (khorin tav)
89. наян ес (nayan yes) and so on.
It's not very complicated :) However, if you need any further explanation and/or want to hear a native speaker's pronounciation, you may find the video below very useful.
